It is recommended to fly on Thursday evening and arrive on Friday at any time, or to fly early Friday morning to arrive on Friday morning.

Citizens of Gulf countries do not require a visa to enter Thailand.

For other nationalities, obtaining a visa for Thailand is very easy for most countries and takes about 3-5 days.

Upon confirming your booking, we will provide you with a hotel reservation letter to assist with your visa application.

Each participant must apply for the visa individually. You will need to visit the nearest Thai Embassy to complete the visa application process.

• • I agree to attend all sessions and participate in the entire program, and I fully understand that this is a retreat, not a tourist trip, and that this experience is designed for individuals who wish to embark on a journey of awareness and growth, immersing themselves in an atmosphere of meditation, stillness, and self-connection.

  • Smoking is not allowed in any common area or during any group activities or at any medium of transportation. Smoking is not allowed in a group setup
  • Since you are on a wellness retreat, it is preferable not to drink alcohol, bearing in mind that it is not possible to participate in any activity, trip or session under the influence of alcohol, nor is it possible to drink within the the group.
  • Respect everyone in the group and avoid making judgments or gossiping.
  • Using social media or cell phones are strictly prohibited during group activities.
  • Stay together with the group practice.
  • Follow the set schedule and be on time for all activities.
  • Respect Nature, avoid littering or feeding animals
  • Don’t mention your job, age or achievements. We will tell you why later 🙂

   

• • Refund Policy:

    • A 15% deduction from the total trip cost will be made, and the remaining amount will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 45 days or more before the trip date.
    • A 50% deduction from the total trip cost will be made, and the remaining amount will be refunded as a credit for future trips if the reservation is canceled between 30 to 45 days before the trip date.
    • No refund will be issued in any form if the cancellation is made 29 days or less before the trip date.
    • Any other person can travel in your place provided that we are informed one week before the start date of the trip.

    **If you choose the double room and are looking for a roommate, our team will make every effort to find a suitable partner. However, in rare cases, the process of finding a roommate may encounter difficulties. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the participant to either find a roommate for the double room or switch to a single room package.

    **If the amount paid is less than the total trip cost, the cancellation percentage will be deducted from the total trip cost in its entirety, not from the amount paid.

    **If the number of participants is 8 or less, the trip may be canceled or postponed. In either case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the participant.
