Do you need a “vacation”… or are you longing to find yourself again?

In a world that moves at an ever-accelerating pace, a “vacation” has become the quick fix we turn to whenever we feel tired or overwhelmed by the pressures and responsibilities of life.
We book a ticket, step away from the routine, change the scenery…

But the real question is:
Is a simple vacation truly what we need?

What we often don’t realize – or sometimes choose to ignore – is that some forms of exhaustion cannot be healed by a beach day or a few extra hours of sleep.
