Tour Plan
Day One: Saturday: Let the Journey begin
- Upon arrival to Colombo Airport, we will be taking care of your airport pick up.
- Your stay will be in the 5* Jet Wing Lake Hotel. In a quiet hillside location with panoramic view of Sigiriya Rocks Fort and Kandalama Lake.
- After taking some time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities, Soul Star Unique Meet and Greet session will be held.
- Orientation Session, and meeting the team, followed by taking body weight, measurements and BMI.
Day Two: Regain your balance
- Morning Rituals: Vinyasa Flow yoga, a quick and light session to reenergize.
- Body and Mind Relaxing Meditation.
- Morning Journaling and group discussion.
- Golden Rules of the Recovery Session.
- Free time to Enjoy the Hotel’s Facilities or to take a walk by the lake.

Day three: Monday: Self Love
- Morning Rituals: fast movements to awaken the body and the nervous system, through the body tapping technique which is considered as a kind of self-massage.
- Followed by breathing exercise.
- Morning Journaling and group discussion.
- Identifying your Inner Critic Session
- Exploring Dambulla Cave Temple, which is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains.

Day Four: Tuesday: Knowledge is Power
- Morning Rituals: Morning deep breathing.
- Vinyasa Flow yoga, a quick and intense session to recharge your energy.

- A journey to discover the historical Sigiriya Rock "Lion's Rock" - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning.

Day five: Wednesday: The Power of Choice
- Morning Rituals: Qigong Class – it is a part of traditional Chinese medicine typically involves coordinating the body’s energy with the movement, rhythmic breathing and meditation.
- Followed by Deep Breathing Session.
- Morning Journaling and group discussion.
- Feeling Our Body Session
- Elephant Safari trips in Minneriya National Park, one of the wildlife reserves in Sri Lanka, the largest elephant reserve.
- Understanding Nutrition Label

Day Six: Thursday: Self care
- Morning Rituals: Morning Deep Breathing
- Open Style, light and tranquil Yoga session.
- Meditation Session: Reconnect with your strengths.

Nida A. Barqawi is a DHA licensed clinical dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutritional Science and Food Science from Jordan University. She has over 15 years of experience in private healthcare sectors in Dubai, offering individualized diet plans and lifestyle counseling to patients.
She recently earned an ESPEN Diploma, having completed several courses related to nutrition assessment and support for various diseases

Rana Hassouneh is a Holistic Healer and a Psychology of Eating coach working in the field since 2011…
Her goal is to empower women and make them feel good about themselves by helping them create a balance of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and most importantly, inner peace.
She also works with women and girls to heal their relationship with food and find freedom from dependence on food and from confirming to society’s unrealistic & oppressive beauty standards.
Rana wants every woman to feel comfortable in her skin, to fill her own shoes, in essence, to bloom!
