You Need to Know!
- Transportation is by air-conditioned tourist buses, but sometimes we may use non-air-conditioned means of transportation
- The rooms are air-conditioned wooden huts in the mountains in the middle of nature. There may be some harmless insects inside the room. Please inform the hotel to take the necessary measures
- The sound of the ocean or the sounds of birds and roosters may rise at dawn every day
- There is a small mini-market 15 minutes walk from the hotel. It is recommended to bring everything you need with you
- The sea is 15 minutes away from the hotel on foot, with a moderate slope (a car transfer service is available from the hotel to the beach at an additional cost through the local village residents)
- The travel time by bus for excursions may range from 30 minutes to an hour
- This is not a spiritual or medical retreat, but it is a fun-wellness retreat that focuses on wellbeing in general, in which we practice conscious activities that help deepen self-awareness and self-discovery, change for the better, and enjoying traveling in a new and distinctive way.
- Attend with no expectations, and allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone and to experience something new
- Our retreat features a variety of different sessions that may be new to you. You can join any session that suits you, and you can choose not to participate in any session that is not suitable for you.

Salah Amireh
Salah Amireh is a speaker in the field of personal development and a certified yoga instructor, facilitating meditation sessions. He is also the founder of Soul Star Retreats, a company that organizes wellness and harmony trips.
Salah is a globally certified yoga teacher, holding certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Nidra Yoga, Restorative and Recharge Yoga, and Yoga for the Nervous System.
Salah established Soul Star Retreats as the first Arab company specialized in wellness tourism trips, emphasizing the importance of spreading these practices in the Arab world.
Salah is optimistic, with a high positive energy and a zest for life. He loves to inspire you to see life from a new perspective. Get ready for a big energy boost with Salah.
Dua Hindi
Dua Hindi specializes in facilitating sound healing sessions, Yin Yoga sessions, Face Yoga, Stress Relief Yoga, and nervous system regulation. She is also one of the founders of Soul Star Retreats.
Dua believes in the importance of the union of masculine and feminine energies and the creative power that arises from this union in effecting change on Earth.
During our events and trips, Dua supports participants in being their authentic selves by creating a safe space for self-expression without judgment. She cultivates an atmosphere filled with joy and love, also hosting some morning movement sessions, sessions on the eye as the mirror of the soul, and meditative dance sessions.
Retreat Etiquettes
- Smoking is not allowed in any common area or during any group activities or at any medium of transportation. Smoking is not allowed in a group setup
- Since you are on a wellness retreat, it is preferable not to drink alcohol, bearing in mind that it is not possible to participate in any activity, trip or session under the influence of alcohol, nor is it possible to drink within the the group.
- Respect everyone in the group and avoid making judgments or gossiping.
- Using social media or cell phones are strictly prohibited during group activities.
- Stay together with the group practice.
- Follow the set schedule and be on time for all activities.
- Respect Nature, avoid littering or feeding animals
- Don’t mention your job, age or achievements. We will tell you why later :)
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
- A 15% deduction from the total trip cost will be made, and the remaining amount will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 45 days or more before the trip date.
- A 50% deduction from the total trip cost will be made, and the remaining amount will be refunded as a credit for future trips if the reservation is canceled between 30 to 45 days before the trip date.
- No refund will be issued in any form if the cancellation is made 29 days or less before the trip date.
- Any other person can travel in your place provided that we are informed one week before the start date of the trip.
**If you choose the double room and are looking for a roommate, our team will make every effort to find a suitable partner. However, in rare cases, the process of finding a roommate may encounter difficulties. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the participant to either find a roommate for the double room or switch to a single room package.
**If the amount paid is less than the total trip cost, the cancellation percentage will be deducted from the total trip cost in its entirety, not from the amount paid.
**If the number of participants is 8 or less, the trip may be canceled or postponed. In either case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the participant.

Can I bring my children?
It depends on the destination and the type of planned trip. Some trips allow children aged 7 and above, provided they are supervised by parents during the journey. Other trips may not be suitable for children under 14.
Is smoking permitted at the retreat?
Smoking is not allowed during any group activities or at any medium of transportation. Smoking is not allowed in a group setup.
From which city do we travel?
You can travel with us from anywhere in the world. Each participant travels from their city, and we meet at the airport of the country where we will start the journey.
Are transportation services provided?
Yes, all transportation is provided during the retreat, including transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa on the first and last days. All transportation to internal trip locations during the retreat is also included.
Can you assist with visa arrangements?
Regarding visas, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have the necessary visa before traveling and complete all visa-related procedures on their own. We can provide hotel reservation documents or information, but we do not have a visa issuance department.
Do you provide travel health insurance?
Travel health insurance is mandatory when traveling with us. You can use your existing health insurance, if available, or we can arrange it for you through our approved insurance company for an additional cost of $25. You can obtain insurance through our website.
I prefer not to be photographed. Can you respect participants' privacy?
We respect everyone’s decisions and privacy. In all our trips, we individually confirm participants’ preferences regarding photography. If you choose not to be photographed, rest assured that no pictures or videos will be taken of you.
Can I arrive before or stay after the trip at the same hotel?
Yes, you can. Our team will ensure the availability of rooms and determine the additional cost for you.
How does the installment system work?
Split your retreat fees into 4 interest-free payments using our flexible installments plans directly with soul Star without the involvement of any financial institution

Amazing views
